We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, garment styles, and images accurately.

Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, device, garment manufacturer, fabric, dye lot, printing process, or other production factors.

Because many of our products involve screen printing, apparel production, and handmade or small-batch processes, minor variations may occur between individual items. Such reasonable variations are part of the production process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Garment measurements and sizing may also vary by manufacturer and style. Customers should review available sizing information before ordering.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Dipping Cat Print Studio may provide custom screen-printing, apparel-decoration, design, and related Services.

When you submit artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, or other materials for reproduction, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary authorization, license, or permission to use and reproduce it.

You agree not to submit material that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

We may refuse a custom project that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or the rights of another person or business.

Approval of artwork, proofs, colors, placement, spelling, garment selection, quantities, sizes, or other production specifications may be required before production.

Once a customer approves a proof or production specification, the customer is responsible for reviewing the approved information for accuracy.

Because custom and personalized products are produced specifically for the customer, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund options may be limited after artwork approval or production has begun, except where otherwise required by law or stated in an applicable order agreement.

SECTION 7 – ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided with the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to information submitted during payment processing.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Purchasing a Dipping Cat product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative products from our protected content without appropriate written permission.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, logos, or materials displayed in connection with authorized custom projects remain the property of their respective owners.
